Print a display poster
Matching local facts in a 36 × 24-inch landscape layout, with proportional bars and embedded fonts.
Print at actual size
Choose Actual size / 100%, without Fit or Shrink. For the portrait Letter-size PDF, print two-sided and flip on the long edge, then cut on the marks. For the landscape postcard PDF, flip on the short edge. Test one sheet before printing a batch.
Finished size: 6 × 4¼ inches. Use uniform, unfolded paper cardstock 0.007–0.016 inch thick; 0.012–0.014 inch stock is a practical choice. Keep the mailing side writable. Add the recipient address and postage, keeping the bottom ⅝ inch blank for postal processing.
The recipient address should run parallel to the long edge, within the reserved right-hand space, at least ½ inch from the right edge and above the blank bottom strip. Add a real return address in the upper-left area if required by your mailing service.
USPS postcard dimensions and stock requirements · Address placement and barcode clearance. Finished stock, trimming and postage must also meet USPS requirements.
Data and definitions
Benefits are the December 2025 snapshot, using district definitions for the 119th Congress. Postcard figures cover Social Security (OASDI), excluding SSI. The poster separately labels SSI recipients; some people receive both programs, so the counts cannot be added. Monthly payments are converted from SSA's thousands-of-dollars units. They are not annual totals or estimates of economic impact.
The percentage is (all beneficiaries minus retired workers) divided by all beneficiaries. The other categories are disabled workers, widow(er)s and parents, spouses, and children. SSA's children category includes eligible adult children; it is not a count of recipients under 18. All figures are people, not households.
America's totals sum the 50 states and DC, excluding territories and foreign beneficiaries. These are calculated totals from the same state tables, not SSA's all-areas total. State and district coverage: all 50 states, DC, 435 House districts and DC's delegate district. Territories are not in this atlas snapshot. Missing or inconsistent data cannot produce a card.
