Coverage and methods
This incomplete national census records public evidence of Social Security disability representation. “Confirmed EDPNA” means explicit public EDPNA evidence in the census; current SSA internal eligibility has not been independently verified. Attorney classification does not establish current bar standing.
Only verified physical offices with an accepted Census street-address match are plotted. Mailing addresses, PO boxes, virtual offices, service areas, unverified contacts, and unlocated practitioners remain in the directory. Practice offices are linked to an individual only when the census supports that association. An office marker describes a professional location, not a practitioner's service territory.
District assignments record the Congress, Census benchmark and vintage, retrieval time, and original response checksum. Unmatched, ambiguous, or conflicting results remain unresolved. Census geocoder documentation.
Historical v1.55 reconciliation
The following retained review describes the earlier v1.55 source, not current v1.113 totals. Its files and decisions remain available for provenance.
Earlier new-office geocoding review
167 newly mapped person–office associations at 124 accepted offices. Original addresses and source qualifications are preserved. Twenty-one attempted office outcomes remain unresolved; conflicting or incomplete source addresses remain excluded. Census matches locate professional street addresses, not verified rooftops, suite occupancy or daily personal workplaces. Download the geocoding review.
Source reconciliation and ZIP count grains
The source retains 962 ZIP-summary rows: 953 distinct five-digit ZIP values plus 9 historical redacted rows. Redacted placeholders are preserved, not repaired or geocoded. There are 663 ZIPs with attorney/public-EDPNA geographic records; the other 290 valid summary ZIPs have other-role, unresolved, office-only or zero-count published-address bins.
There are 1,235 person–ZIP assignments for 1,227 distinct geographically located people. The 364 unlocated people form a separate group, totaling 1,591 attorneys/public-EDPNA-classified people. Seven people have multiple ZIP records, adding 8 assignments. A source ZIP assignment is not proof of a personal physical office, staffed occupancy or congressional district.
Source office allocation remains OPEN. The source national/ZIP-summary office count is 777; the state-summary total is 778. Colorado is 11 in the state summary versus 10 in the ZIP summary. Both source counts and the original warning remain preserved. No office, person or map value was silently corrected to force agreement.
The 16 reviewed display fields affect 13 people. Source-recorded verification dates remain distinct from this review and periodic publication/update dates. Current authoritative standing and uncertain offices remain qualified. Both original field variants and historical evidence remain available in each affected record and downloaded JSON.

v1.113 source data
Current source summaries do not reconcile: ZIP-table physical-office counts total 904, state-table counts total 909, and the chat reports 908 nationally. These values remain separate pending reconciliation. The 1,401 person–ZIP rows include three other non-attorney representatives; 1,387 individually located attorneys/public EDPNAs plus 404 unlocated records total 1,791.
All 23 source tables and prior research remain preserved. Public-source classifications and office records are not independent confirmation of current licensure, SSA payment eligibility or office staffing.
